While individual dunes stay relatively low (under 100 feet), the entire system stretches nearly 20 miles east to west and covers over 40 square miles of open, undulating sand. From the main east-side staging area, riders can roam freely across broad dunes and explore scattered sand pockets tucked among low sagebrush hills. It’s a wide-open desert playground perfect for high-speed runs, scenic photography, hiking, and dispersed camping.
